IRWA Region Three covers North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota and Missouri. Their new website, linked above, is still under construction.

IRWA's International Wireless Committee (the "IWC")
The IRWA's International Wireless Committee, chartered by the IEC in April 2000, is the IRWA's standing committee on all things wireless. The Committee's charge is to develop and present educational programs on wireless communications and the right-of-way issues that attach to the site and operations of wireless facilities.

Federal Highway Administration
As Uniform Act Lead Agency, FHWA brings to you on this site the Uniform Act and the implementing regulations as contained in 49 CFR, Part 24, as well as current guidance regarding the Uniform Act. This site is also a resource for National policy in carrying out State and local programs funded by FHWA.

The Appraisal Foundation
Through this site you can learn about the Foundation and follow the work of the Appraiser Qualifications Board and the Appraisal Standards Board. Proposed changes to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice will be available for review and comment.

American Society of Appraisers
The American Society of Appraisers is dedicated to the benefit of the appraisal profession. It is one of eight major appraisal societies that, in 1987, founded The Appraisal Foundation, a national nonprofit organization created to establish uniform criteria for professional appraisers. Since 1989 The Appraisal Foundation has been recognized by the U.S. Congress as the source for the development and promulgation of appraisal standards and qualifications.

Appraisal Institute
Educating real estate appraisers for over 60 years, the Appraisal Institute is the acknowledged leader in residential and commercial appraisal education, research, publishing, and professional membership designation programs.

Appraisal Institute of Canada
Founded in 1938, the Appraisal Institute of Canada is the national society of professional real estate appraisers. The Institute is dedicated to serving the public interest through continually advancing high standards for the appraisal profession by granting use of the CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) and AACI (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute) designations.

International Association of Assessing Officers
The International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) is an educational and research association of individuals in the assessment profession and others with an interest in property taxation. Membership is open to anyone, and includes individuals working in government, private industry, academia and members of the general public.

American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers
The American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) is the national, professional organization for individuals who provide management, consultation services and valuation of agricultural and rural assets. The Society was founded in 1929 and has since grown to approximately 3,000 members with 37 chapters across the U.S., Mexico and Canada.

National Association of Realtors, Appraisal Section
Founded in 1908, NAR has grown from its original nucleus of 120 to today's 720,000 members. NAR is composed of residential and commercial REALTORS®, who are brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers, counselors and others engaged in all aspects of the real estate industry.

The Alberta Land Surveyors' Association
The Association's new site contains easy-to-follow information on becoming an Alberta Land Surveyor, services Alberta Land Surveyors provide and reports and articles of interest. The Alberta Land Surveyors' Association, formed in 1910, is a self-governing professional association legislated under the Land Surveyors Act. The Association regulates the practice of land surveying for the protection of the public and administration of the profession.

Thai Appraisal Foundation, a not-for-profit educational organization dedicated to the advancement of professional valuation, and real estate.
It was established to serve all disciplines of the appraisal profession as well as to the consumer public. It was dedicated to support the education in research, valuation, and surveying. The work of the Foundation benefits to the society by functioning to increase the quality of appraisals and by delivering up-to-date information to the public.
